"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I use PSP I got one or two things I made from it in my gallery. Im glad Ive found a fellow PSP user. Im using version 9 now. I was an avid lover of PSP 7, but a loather of v8. Version 9 is awesome, if you dont already have it, i suggest you get it!
Wow, a fellow PSP user. I have been using it Since Version 6 and has used 7 and 8. I saw the link in DA about Corel buying Jasc. I am going to be buying version 9 within the next week or so. It looks like it has better control over selections and vectors. I have problems with version and and dissappearing icons from different toolbars. Just happens at random. Along with the selected selection disapperaing and not knowing where your selection is located on an image.
I love v9, it is truly awesome compared to 7. 8 was a big let down to me. I need to work out how to use vectors better :S
Try running the installer again and select 'repair' and it should fix the problem, I have done this a few times to fix errors
Yeah I am using v9 now, but I have not noticed to much difference between 9 and 8. Besides being able to make symetrical shapes and the like..they look and feel the same way to me.
I don't think its an error in the v8, but just a bad design. 4-5 people that I know that have used v8 have had the same thing happen tothem...for some reason the icons on the toolbar do not get displayed correctly. One second they are their then after you use the program for a while they dissappear and just randomly. Some times the selection outline dissapperas as well......just software glitches I am sure.
